According to Islamic jurisprudence and Diyanet guidelines, performing voluntary (nafl) and missed (qada) prayers during these 3 Karahah intervals is strictly prohibited (tahrīman makrūh). However, reading the Holy Quran, making dhikr, reciting tasbih, and making dua are fully permissible.
