Ash-Sharh Suresi

أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ

(Oh Muhammad, SAW), did We not lay your chest open (and responsive to the truth)

وَوَضَعۡنَا عَنكَ وِزۡرَكَ

And We lightened your burden

اَ۬لَّذِيٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهۡرَكَ

That bore so heavy on your back

وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ

And We raised your prestige (in the world)

فَإِنَّ مَعَ اَ۬لۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرًا

The fact is: along with hardship, there is ease

إِنَّ مَعَ اَ۬لۡعُسۡرِ يُسۡرࣰ ا

No doubt, along with hardship there is ease

فَإِذَا فَرَغۡتَ فَاَنصَبۡ

So, when you are done (with your daily chores), attend

وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَاَرۡغَب

And strive to please your Lord
