Surah At-Takathur

أَلۡهَىٰكُمُ اُ۬لتَّكَاثُرُ

(Oh men! Your obsession to attain, hoard and show off) opulence diverts you (and keeps you busy)

حَتَّىٰ زُرۡتُمُ اُ۬لۡمَقَابِرَ

Right until you land in (your) graves

كَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ

No, surely not! You shall soon find out

ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ

Again, be sure! You shall soon find out

كَلَّا لَوۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ عِلۡمَ اَ۬لۡيَقِينِ

No, of course not! If you only knew with certainty

لَتَرَوُنَّ اَ۬لۡجَحِيمَ

You shall surely see hell

ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيۡنَ اَ۬لۡيَقِينِ

Then, you would really see it with the eye of certainty

ثُمَّ لَتُسۡـَٔلُنَّ يَوۡمَئِذٍ عَنِ اِ۬لنَّعِيمِ

And then, you would certainly be called to account for the blessings and the bounties
